Fabio’s place was extremely clean, welcoming, and exactly as described. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the train and bus stations, although the area itself was quite busy and noisy. The neighbourhood may feel a little off-putting at first to some guests. Fabio was very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. Overall, we appreciated the cleanliness, convenience, and communication.

Fabio is a friendly and flexible host and the place is nice and clean as described. The cafe that supplies breakfast is wonderful and the food is delicious.

When making this reservation, I had some concerns after seeing only one review. However, they were just concerns, and the place turned out to be a perfect choice. A beautifully finished, brand-new apartment, cleaned daily. I highly recommend it!Location: generally close to everything. The neighborhood can sometimes feel a little off-putting, but no one bothered us and we didn’t have any unpleasant experiences. It is a bit noisy due to the busy street. These are things the owner has no control over, but they may be important when choosing accommodation.Communication with the hosts: very efficient. They provide lots of recommendations and genuinely care about their guests, thank you very much!Breakfast vouchers: a great idea! You can use them freely at a lovely café just around the corner, and the food is delicious!Wish you good luck with your place!❤️☀️
